Project Story

Haynes Furniture operated in a very heavy paper-based environment across their entire organization. Their digital efforts involved archived documents being scanned one page at a time and stored in a network directory with limited access by Haynes employees.

DOMA proposed an enterprise content management strategy with the primary objectives of increasing the amount of digital information available to employees, provide secure real-time access to documents, and enhance the overall efficiency of critical business processes. This solution included a DX software portal and the migration of over 500,000 documents from legacy electronic storage.

Final Outcome
