We are excited to have you on the team! We take having a great corporate culture seriously and want to get you connected right away. Please complete the following Gives and Ignite surveys so we can get an idea of what keeps you motivated. Additionally, if you complete an online review within the first 90 days of employment DOMA Driven will give you some premium merchandise to thank you for your time.
Every year we select new committee members for each of our culture teams - Gives, Ignite, & Driven. Keep an eye out in the spring if you'd like to get involved! Even if you aren't on a committee there are plenty of opportunities to volunteer and participate.
