DOMA Technologies Welcomes Paul Brubaker as Chief Mission Officer to Drive Strategic Insight into Federal Health Systems

DOMA Technologies, a leader in health technology innovation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Brubaker as Chief Mission Officer. In this role, Paul will lead the company’s strategic initiatives within the Federal Health marketplace, advancing partnerships and initiatives that align with the objectives of key government agencies.
Paul brings a wealth of experience from a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors. Known for his leadership and expertise in policy innovation, emerging technology and technology integration, Paul has held key Senior Government Executive positions including most recently as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Information and Technology Deputy CIO (Acting), and DCIO for Strategic Integration of Emerging Concepts at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. Paul’s extensive history at the VA includes introducing the VA Innovation Cell concept, DevSecOps transformation strategies and overseeing the deployment of $1.4 billion in CARES Act funding to enhance VA technologies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. His efforts resulted in significant advancements in telemedicine, remote work capabilities, and veteran-focused applications.
Mr. Brubaker’s previous experience includes executive positions at Cisco Systems, SI International, and Litton PRC. He has also served across the federal government in positions at the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Transportation (USDOT), U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Oversight, and for the U.S. Government Accountability Office (US GAO). Mr. Brubaker is a recipient of the DoD Medal for Distinguished Public Service, the Secretary’s Gold Medal from the USDOT, AFFIRM Federal IT Executive of the Year, and is a two-time Fed 100 winner.
As Chief Mission Officer, Paul will oversee the development and execution of mission-aligned strategies that not only fulfill the goals of federal health agencies but also contribute to the improvement of health outcomes across the nation. His innovative leadership will support the company’s commitment to delivering human centric technology-driven solutions that enhance healthcare delivery, interoperability, and data-driven decision-making across government programs.
