DOMA Welcomes New Director of Communications
Virginia Beach, VA, February 22, 2019 –
DOMA is pleased to announce the appointment of Danielle Wethington as Director of Communications. Danielle comes to us with an eclectic toolkit of creative experience in both graphic design and written communication. As Communications Director she will be working to help DOMA streamline its internal and external communications and bring them into line with DOMA’s vision for the future. Danielle’s new role will see her making an impact on a variety of initiatives within human resources, marketing, culture, and beyond.
Danielle graduated with a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design and an MFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Prior to joining DOMA, she worked for seven years as a professor of design at Norfolk State University, Thomas Nelson Community College, and The Art Institute of Virginia Beach. She is also the founder and sole proprietor of Panthera Press, a small letterpress print shop opened in 2010 that offers graphic design, illustration, and bespoke printing.
In the coming months, Danielle will be working closely with the marketing team to strategize and launch a variety of internal and external campaigns designed to unify and promote the DOMA brand.
