Virginia Beach, VA August 08, 2018 – DOMA Technologies today announced the appointment of LaBarbara Vann as Human Resources Manager to help provide executive-level direction for the Human Resources / Organizational Development functions. She will be responsible for developing programs, systems, and processes to meet and drive culture and meet business goals as well as ensure regulatory compliance as a commercial business and government contractor.
Vann joined DOMA Technologies on July 16, following 4 years as a Human Resource Manager at the Salvation Army. In 2012, she worked in event management at Event Inspiration, as well as holding advisor roles at New Life Worship Center and ECPI University.

Prior to entering the workforce, Vann graduating from Old Dominion University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in business management and earned a master’s degree in organization leadership for Regent University.
